Dad received fluids and chemo today. Jay arrived yesterday, and he went with Mom and Dad to Wheeling today. They made it back to B'ville around 5:00 pm.

Dad's day was shorter today than the two previous chemo treatment days because he had his blood work done last Friday. Today's appointment was even moved back from 8:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Barney and I arrived in B'ville at 5:45 pm.

Dad was noticeably better when I arrived. His voice this evening sounded normal. He spoke a lot. He rested some in the early evening. We watched pioneer TV. He was still awake at Midnight when I went to bed.

Today was Jay's birthday. It has been probably 30 years or so, since I was with Jay on his birthday in Barnesville.
