I'm at Mom and Dad's. I arrived at 4:30. Dad was up and moving about. He looked decent. He has a little lung pain. He and Jeff made little bird feeders, using empty cardboard toilet paper rolls, peanut butter, and bird seed. Apparently, a lot of birds visited the feeder today. Jeff installed another one after I arrived. The ground is covered with a few inches of snow. And it's cold out. But Jeff is still wearing shorts, even outside. At 4:30 pm, the weather was sunny, and Dad's thermometer showed an outdoor temp of 11.8 degrees.

Pap seems decent this evening. Jeff said that Dad was doing better today, compared to yesterday. Ma made delicious pizza this evening, and Dad ate three pieces. Right now, Dad is seated in his chair in the upstairs living room, reading the stock market news. He has not slept since I have been home. He's more active today, according to Jeff. He looks like normal Pap. Occasionally, he still takes a pain reliever. But overall, he has improved.

Watched Incredible Hulk, Star Trek, and the Svengoolie movie The Wolf Man. Svengoolie is like a modern day Chilly Billy that aired on a Pittsburgh channel long ago. Dad remembered Bill Cardille who played Chilly Billy.

Dad laid down in bed at 11:22 p.m. Then a short while later he came back to living room. We all watched the end of the Wolfman movie which was also the sign off for Svengoolie, which was funny.

Then we watched the beginning of Bluegrass Underground on PBS which started at Midnight.

I went downstairs to bed around 12:15 a.m. Dad was still seated up in his chair, changing the TV channel.
