Update. Nurse was here at one today. She felt dad needed an antibiotic to get over what she feels is now a sinus infection since nasal discharge. Is green and what he coughs up the same. No fever and lungs ok. As dads doctor locally did not have her contract renewed he has to go to someone else. His records were automatically forwards to another local doctor and she called him. He called in an antibiotic to be taken twice a day for seven days. The nurse felt that after two weeks of this cold he would not get better without an antibiotic. She said this med should work. Hope so. Really tired and weak today which is common due to chemo but more do with this cold and not sleeping.
